Privacy Policy
What we store about you, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
Browsing without an account
You can read jobs, admit cards, results and use the tools without signing in. We do not ask for any personal details for that.
What we store when you create an account
- Your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your Google profile picture.
- Details you choose to add to your profile: date of birth or age, education, category, and your preferred state and sectors. We use them only to show whether you may be eligible and to show jobs that suit you.
- Your bookmarks.
- Entries in your Application Tracker, such as registration numbers, roll numbers, dates and notes. These are shown only to you.
Messages you send us
When you use the Contact & Feedback page, we store your message, your email address, your name if you give it, and the page you mention. We use them to read and answer your message.
Technical information
We use analytics to see which pages are used, and error reports to find and fix faults. These may include your device and browser type and the pages you open. Your browser also keeps a sign-in token and your display settings (such as dark mode) on your own device.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your personal information. It is handled by the services that run SarkarSaathi, such as our hosting, Google sign-in and analytics, and error reporting. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Your choices
You can change your profile at any time. To have your account and its data deleted, or to ask what we hold about you, send us a message on the Contact & Feedback page from the email address you signed up with, or email us directly at support@sarkarsaathi.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the bottom of this page.
